Access 100 – Booking Terms & ConditionsEffective Date: July 20261. About Access 100Access 100 is a privately owned, luxury wheelchair-accessible holiday caravan located at Golden Palm Resort, Chapel St Leonards, Lincolnshire.Bookings are managed through Bookalet, and by making a booking, the lead guest confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all members of their party.⸻2. Booking & PaymentThe lead guest must be 18 years of age or over.
Bookings are confirmed once the required deposit has been received through Bookalet.
The remaining balance must be paid by the due date shown on your booking confirmation.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.⸻3. Cancellation PolicyWe understand that many of our guests have additional needs, medical conditions or disabilities, and that unexpected illness or changes in circumstances can occur.For this reason, Access 100 does not charge cancellation fees.If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the dates available for another family.Where payments have already been made, refunds will be processed in accordance with the timing of the cancellation and any payments already due or received through Bookalet.⸻4. Security (Damage) DepositA £100 refundable damage deposit is required for every booking.Providing the caravan is left in good condition, with no damage, missing items or excessive cleaning required, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your check-out date.Deductions may be made to cover:Damage to the caravan or its contents

OccupancyOnly the guests named on the booking confirmation may stay in the caravan.Subletting or transferring a booking is not permitted.The maximum occupancy of the caravan must not be exceeded.⸻9. Accessibility EquipmentAccess 100 has been specially designed to provide comfortable accommodation for guests with accessibility requirements.Facilities include:Access ramp

No SmokingSmoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the caravan.Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning charges being deducted from the damage deposit.⸻11. years Pets & Assistance DogsTo help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, Access 100 operates a no-pets policy. Many of our guests have complex health needs, allergies or require specialist medical equipment, so providing a clean, safe and comfortable environment for every stay is extremely important to us.We understand the important role assistance dogs play in supporting independence, and assistance dogs are warmly welcomed. If you will be travelling with an assistance dog, we kindly ask that you let us know when making your booking. This allows us to prepare for your arrival and ensures we can carry out any additional cleaning and preparation needed before welcoming our next guests.
.⸻12. Looking After the CaravanWe kindly ask guests to:Treat the caravan as they would their own home.
Leave the caravan clean and tidy.
Report any damage or breakages as soon as possible.
Lock all windows and doors whenever leaving the caravan.
Respect neighbouring guests by keeping noise to a reasonable level, particularly during the evening.⸻13. Damage & BreakagesAccidents happen and we understand this.Please report any damage during your stay so we can arrange repairs before the next guests arrive.Guests may be charged for damage beyond normal wear and tear.⸻14. Electrical EquipmentOnly suitable household electrical appliances may be used.Charging of mobility equipment is welcome using the manufacturer’s approved charger.Electric vehicles must not be charged from the caravan’s electrical supply.⸻15. Golden Palm Resort RulesGuests must comply with all rules and regulations set by Golden Palm Resort throughout their stay.Access 100 cannot accept responsibility for changes to resort facilities, entertainment programmes or opening hours.⸻16. Guest ConductWe reserve the right to terminate a booking without refund if guests:Cause excessive disturbance.
Behave in a threatening or abusive manner.
Damage the caravan.
Break the law.
Fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions.⸻17. Cancellation by Access 100In the unlikely event that Access 100 has to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.Our liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.⸻18. Lost PropertyAny property left behind will be retained for a reasonable period.Guests are responsible for any postage or courier costs should they wish items to be returned.⸻19. LiabilityGuests are responsible for their own personal belongings during their stay.Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk.Access 100 accepts no liability for loss, theft, injury or damage except where required by law.⸻20. PrivacyAny personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for administering your booking and communicating with you about your stay.Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.⸻21.
